Somewhere in hot sunny Singapore yesterday, Thursday 22 Oct 2009, along one of our many narrow roads, this dark 3 Series BMW was found parked inconsiderately causing an already narrow road to get even more narrower! More over, it was left next to a road side fire hydrant, near enough to incur the wrath of the law so it seems!! See 2nd photo.
Maybe the driver suffers from colour blindness and is not able to see the colour RED or has a memory block with shapes like hydrants, etc. I wondered if the driver thought of the possibility should their car is on fire and the Fire Engine can't get to the vehicle or hydrant because the road was blocked! Hmmmm, so I wondered.
Who really knows? What caused the driver to do what they did. Only they themselves can really tell. Or can they? Or was it just another mindless act of doing without thinking? Positively, could be. Or possibily maybe it is another one of those plain just "who cares about other people, I am more important" sort of character or rather , lack of character.
